Comments

-Ensure that daily temperature records are maintained. They were not being done at the time of the inspection.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels (see violation above)
Pizza sold by the slice is time tracked (2 hours)
Bleach solution in the 3-compartment sink was tested at 100ppm.
There was no evidence of pests.
Kitchen equipment was clean.
Storage room was clean and organized.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
