Dishwasher measured at 50ppm at plate level after the final rinse
Quat Sanitizer at 3 compartment sink and spray bottle measured at 200 ppm
Hot-Holding units measured at 60C or above
Refridgerator units measured at 4C or below.
Freezer units measured at -18C or below
Ice cream machine was clean and measured at 4C
Front ice machine were sanitary and ice scoop was stored out side of ice container
No signs of pests at time of inspection
General Sanitation and Storage is good.
