Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured at a concentration of over 200 ppm.
2. Scoop was stored inside the dry garlic powder container.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Dilute the bleach sanitizer to 100 ppm - 200 ppm. High concentration of bleach is a chemical hazardous.
2. Remove the scoop from the container and do not store any items inside the dry foods.
