Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CGPUFF: > Droppings behind the dishwasher have been removed, the area has been cleaned and sanitized. > Cabinet handles were cleaned on the spot. > Reviewed daily cleaning schedule/procedures with staff on site. Remaining item: > Cleaning in the refuse compartment still needs to be done. Food debris remains on the floor around the 3 different bins. > Refuse should be removed more frequently to avoid overflowing the bins which can attract flies/fruit flies and other pests. > Maintaining adequate sanitation around this area will help to prevent the presence of pests.
