Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap dispenser at the handwashing sink at the back near the 3-compartment sink does not dispense liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Service the liquid soap dispenser to dispense liquid soap. All handwashing sinks must be well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Communicable Disease compliance conducted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals and directional arrows in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till, staff lunch area, and staff lunch area. Daily health check for staff conducted. Maximum occupancy limit sign posted in offices.

QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available.
Display coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Display freezers, stand-up freezers, and walk-in freezers measured at -18C or lower. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows that cooling units adheres to temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed. Premise has weekly pest control company (i.e.: Rentokil) to come in for pest control.

Overall, facility is well organized.

NOTE: Ensure that weekly pest control reports are available on-site for review by District EHO.
