Correction: - Store wiping cloths in 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water) between uses.

Observation: - Papertowels not available at any kitchen handsink for food handlers to properly dry their hands after washing.
Correction: - Provide papertowels at all handsinks. [Correction Date: Immediately]

Note: Premises ran out of papertowels that fit into dispensers. Staff placed roll of papertowels beside each handsink.

**Handsinks must be fully accessible and supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels to facilitate proper handwashing practices.
