- All coolers are ≤ 4°C
- All freezers are ≤ -18°C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C at the plate level.
- Glasswasher is not in use due to no dine-in
- Bleach is available for preparing sanitizer
- No signs of pests observed
