Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the manager. - General sanitation was good. - Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towel, and hot/cold running water. - All coolers at 4 C or lower; temperature of walk-in freezer was satisfactory. - No hot holding food onsite. - High temperature dishwasher measured 75 C at plate level. - Three compartment sink available for ware washing. Bleach in 3rd sink available for sanitizing manual washing items. - Bleach sanitizer spray bottles measured 100 ppm of residual chlorine. - Staff have good personal hygiene. - No sign of pests observed during inspection. Note: It's great that no food debris or grease built up at the hard-to-reach area. Remind staff to clean the electric fan on the wall and cover it for winter if not in use.
