This kitchen mainly used for special events, banquets, conferences etc. - Handsinks are fully equipped. - Coolers at 4C or below. - Freezer at -18C or below. - QUAT sanitizer from dispenser measured at 200ppm. - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate level during the final rinse. - Overall sanitation maintained. - Foodsafe level 1 certificates reviewed with the staff. Ensure staff to take refresher course before their expiry date. - Ensure ice machine is cleaned routinely. - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. - General sanitation is satisfactory.
