Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -16C.
-Both cake display coolers were at 4C.
-Customer area cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter prep coolers were both at 4C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Sink plugs available and Quats sanitizer tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer concentration is tested daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
