All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower
Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition

No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
**Operator makes doughnuts on site every Friday; two small house-hold fryers being used but no ventilation in place. Operator believes that fire inspection has been passed. Provide a documentation of fire inspection including this specific matter.**
