Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer avaialble for use.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a 100ppm bleach or 200ppm quats sanitizer is available for use at all times. Reminder to store wiping cloths in the sanitizer solution when not in use.

Routine inspection:

As discussed during at the last inspection monitor and record temperatures of coolers, freezers, and dishwasher final rinse temperature. Have records available for review.

2 door cooler at 4 degrees C.
Domestic cooler at 3 degrees C. Drawer freezer section at -15 degrees C.
All other freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
3 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
High temperature dishwasher registers 72 degrees C. during the final rinse cycle.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Permit posted at front of premise.
