Routine Inspection Conducted Today.

Handwashing sink across 3-compartment sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottle and sanitizer buckets for the front and back kitchen measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. 3rd-compartment sink measured at 100ppm chlorine.
Walk-in cooler measured and stand-up cooler at 4C. Stand-up freezers and chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure that underneath the dry storage area are cleaned and sanitized daily. Ensure that no potentially hazardous foods (potato filling) are stored at room temperature. All potentially hazardous foods must be used immediately or stored in the cooling unit.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
