*Joohyung Lee (person-in-charge) registered for Foodsafe Level 1 (April 2022). Copy of certification to be submitted to the health inspector.

- Floor/wall connected sealed throughout.
- 100-200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle. Keep the bottle labelled.
- 2-comp sink equipped for manual dishwashing.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
NOTE: All ready-to-eat foods to be prepared at/delivered from the HQ location in Port Coquitlam and reheated/hot or cold held on site for now. Any changes to be notified to the health inspector.
