Pool water chemistry/temperature: Free Available Chlorine (FAC): 6.4ppm (Ideal is 3-5ppm) Combined chlorine (CC): 0.2ppm pH: 7.4 Total Alkalinity (TA): 90ppm Water temperature: 39.2C. - General sanitation is good. - All handwashing stations are fully equipped. - Hot water temperature from shower head (women's shower room) reached 44C max. - Water clarity is satisfactory. Two main drains pattern visible. - Handrails are secure. - Pool rules posted. - Water fountain and clock available. - Pool records are maintained. Building caretaker tests 2X a day. - Trip test satisfactory for underwater light. Pool repair has been done (sealed leakage that was occurring from the jet line). Pool data sheet is now available (updated Jun 24 2024). Flow meters have been installed for each jet line (Total of 2). Recirculation flow rate measured at approx. 165 LPM (equivalent to 43.6 USGPM) - flow rate is gradually decreasing. Please have a look into this issue. Jet #1 flow rate measured at approx. 87 USGPM. Jet #2 flow rate measured at approx. 100 USGPM. Suction hazard assessment completed. Velocity calculated at 0.44 ft.sec.
