Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the manager. - General sanitation was great! - 2 Hand wash station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Milk coolers at front and back maintained below 4C. Upright freezer at -17.8C. - No hot holding at time of inspection. - QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles and bucket (with wipe cloth) tested at 200 ppm. - Ice machine in a sanitary ocndition. Ice scoop stored in a clean container above ice machine. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 74.6 degrees Celsius at plate level after final rinse cycle. - High temperature dishwasher reached 78.8 C at plate level after final rinse cycle. - Food covered and protected from contamination. - Sweet cream jug with expired date marked - Great!* - Soiled cloth and uniforms stored in a wire rack at gthe back, no flies activity observed - Great!* - 3-compartment sink at the back ready for warewashing. - Back door closed tight. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. - Staff present good personal hygiene.
