- Routine inspection conducted and following are observed: - Handwash station in prep area and in staff washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Walk-in cooler, pizza prep cooler and second prep cooler is measured at less than 4C - Upright storage freezers are measured at less than -18C - Two compartment sink is available for warewashing. Drain plugs are available - Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200ppm quats concentration. Ensure to prepare fresh solution every day before the start of the shift. - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection NOTE: Operator signature not required due to COVID 19 pandemic
