Routine: - Hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water -prep coolers (small 3 C, large 3 C), under counter glass cooler (2C), under counter double door cooler (3 C), and double upright cooler (2 C) measured < 4C - Double upright freezer (-18 C) and single under counter freezer (-19C) measured < -18 degrees C - Hot holding to be inspected during operations - Low temperature dishwasher measured >50 ppm chlorine at the plate surface. test strips on site for measuring chemical concentrations - Drying rack installed as per last routine requirement - Sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS out of dispenser - Overall sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection **Some old mouse droppings noted in back storage room - pest control devices in place - Pest control provided monthly - Permit to be posted in a conspicuous location, ensure that it is posted in view of the public where food is served Premises given approval to begin seasonal operation Note: Premises will be operating Friday to Sunday only during summer months.
