Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The plastic drain board had black mouldy like materials. The operator cleaend and sanitized the drain board at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A food contact surface sanitizer bottle was measured at >200 ppm chlorine, resulting in test paper bleaching out. 100 ppm chlorine solution prepared at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature.
Hot holding (rice and bean) observed >60C at this time.
Observed a bucket of cole slaw out in the ambient temperature. Internal temperature <4C at this time. Discussed with the operator regarding keeping only small amount of potentially hazardous foods out and use less than 2 hours. Cole slaw relocated to the cooler at this time.
3 compartment sink fully set up for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer basin observed at 100 ppm chlorine.
General food storage practice is adequate.
Random food items checked for best before dates and integrity of packaging. No issues noted at this time.
