Observation: Ice machine in the front service area had build up of mildew/grime like spots on the edge of white plate which could come in direct contact with ice and may result in potential food contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that the ice machine is cleaned regularly as per the manufacturer's instructions to prevent the risk of food contamination.

Observation: In the back kitchen area, one dead mouse was observed on the glue trap. Staff stated that pest control company conducts regular checks.
Corrective Action(s): - Please replace the traps regularly/as needed.
- Regularly monitor of any new pest activity.
- Notify your pest control company any time you notice new pest activity.
- Conduct regular cleaning and prevent build up of food debris in corners/along the walls that could attract pest into the facility.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of prep coolers, walk in cooler & reach in cooler recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezers at -17.8C
- Hot holding unit with cooked rice & soup recorded above 60C
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in spray bottle.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 71.5C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS solution recorded at the dispensing unit.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Feb 3, 2027)
- Permit posted at the front.
- Mechanical pest traps were observed throughout the facility.
