Observation: Handsink was not supplied with liquid soap; staff mentioned that they had recently run out of liquid soap. Bar of soap and dishwashing detergent was observed at the 2-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the handsink is supplied with liquid soap and bar of soap is removed from the food premises; Correct today. Follow up inspection is scheduled for Monday July 4, 2022.

Observation: Cotton candy machine was not available on-site at the time of inspection. Staff informed that the Operator has taken the cotton candy machine home for cleaning and is using it to make cotton candy on-site at the food premises. Operator informed over phone that they took this machine home since they had the tools to disassemble it at home for cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the cotton candy machine is available on-site at the food premises and it is cleaned and sanitized on-site at the inspected food premises. It was discussed that the tools to disassemble it can be brought on-site as needed, however the cotton candy machine is to be kept stored at the food premises. Operator agreed to bring the cotton candy machine on-site and keep it stored at the food premises. Follow up inspection is scheduled for July 4, 2022.

Permit to operate was posted.
Pre-packaged candy was being sold on-site at the time of inspection (no scooping of candy involved by customers).
Staff informed that the Operator makes cotton candy on-site at the food premises and packages it before it is sold.
Bags of pre-packaged cotton candy were available at the time of inspection.
Handsink was supplied with hot and cold running water and single-use paper towels. Note: Liquid soap is required at this handsink (see above noted violation).
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Two sink plugs were available.
Unscented household bleach was available.
Staff setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer inside a sanitizer pail during the inspection.
Freezer for the mini melts pre-packaged ice cream was at or below -18 degrees C.
Front refrigeration unit is for pop and bottled water (non-potentially hazardous food drinks) only.
Facility appeared to be in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
