Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CHNTNQ: > Required cleaning in all previously mentioned areas has been completed - sanitation is excellent. Regarding walk-in cooler: > Facility has plans to install a door curtain to better regulate the air temperature of the walk-in. > Provide updates to the undersign once the curtain has been installed. A follow-up inspection will be conducted. > Should the temperatures still fluctuate significantly after installing the door curtain, a larger compressor unit must be considered. Replacement form for Permit to Operate completed on site, operator will call billing department for payment. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report printed and reviewed with staff on site.
