Observation: Rodent droppings and some fruit flies observed on site during inspection near the 2-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all rodent droppings in effected areas. Clean and sanitize all effected areas with bleach sanitizer. Place fly traps near the 2-compartment sink. Ensure all doors and windows remain closed as much as possible to prevent pest entry on site. Contact pest control company if rodents are sited and/or if the fruit fly population increases.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Facility is CFIA licensed. Inspection by FH Surrey Health Protection is limited to front tasting room/service area.

Observations:
- General sanitation is okay during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Glassware for tasting is stored in a sanitary manner
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach in back processing area
- No drink mixing and/or food preparation is done on site
