Corrective Action(s): Remove all rodent droppings in effected areas. Clean and sanitize all effected areas with bleach sanitizer. Place fly traps near the 2-compartment sink. Ensure all doors and windows remain closed as much as possible to prevent pest entry on site. Contact pest control company if rodents are sited and/or if the fruit fly population increases. Routine Inspection Conducted Facility is CFIA licensed. Inspection by FH Surrey Health Protection is limited to front tasting room/service area.
