- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from both dispensers and in spray bottle
- Prep and display coolers were at or below 4C
- No hot holding at time of inspection
- Two 3-compartment sinks available for manual warewashing
- Temperature records well maintained
- General sanitation satisfactory
