Only frozen food or non-potentialy hazardous food products produced and transported to other locations.
Reefer truck in use with potentially hazardous foods.
Products sold are approved by Fraser Health or CFIA.
Hand washing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
Dishwasher rinse cycle and 71C at the plate according to min/max probe.
Ice machine sanitary with dedicated scoop.
Hot and cold water available.
Food in general is protected from contamination.
Equipment is sanitary and in good working order.
