Wiping rags stored in 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer in both back kitchen and front service area. Ice machine interior has been cleaned. Floor area around, under ice machine cleaned. Bamboo cups have been removed. 2 door upright freezer - 6 C Hand washing stations in back kitchen, front service and staff washroom are all provisioned with stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers.
