Morning temperature check indicated on log to be 38C (3C)

- Pizza cooler(2 Degrees Celsius)grab and go coolers (3 Degrees Celsius) and walk in cooler (4 Degrees Celsius) freezer (-20 Degrees Celsius)
- Soup hot holding measured 70C. Pizza is held <60C however time out of oven is recorded and product is discarded after 1 hour.
- 3 compartment sink available with working sink plugs. operator able to demonstrate proper warewashing procedures
- high temperature dishwasher measured 82.4C at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm, QUATs in buckets
- No evidence of pests, general sanitation satisfactory, FOODSAFE level 1 staff on site.
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location, ice machine (upstairs) well maintained.
