THESE VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED IN THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION (February 2017) AND HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
Corrective Action(s): The following corrective action was provided in the last inspection:
Major upgrades must be made in the areas noted above that meets the standards and requirements of the Food Premises Regulation and the Food Retail Food Services Code. These upgrades have been noted from previous inspection reports and must be followed through. The following changes must be made:
- Replace the wooden baseboard with smooth, durable material that can be easily cleaned.
- Replace broken tiles

SUBMIT IN WRITING THE PLAN WITH TIMELINE REGARDING THE REQUIRED REPAIRS TO THE HEALTH INSPECTOR.

Observation: - No chlorine level detected at the plate's surface in low temp. dishwasher
- No iodine level detected at the plate's surface in glasswasher
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that the low temp. dishwasher achieves at least 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface
- Ensure that the glasswasher achieves 12~25ppm iodine at plate's surface
- DO NOT USE the dishwasher and the glasswasher until repaired
- Implement manual dishwashing of all dishes and glasses
- Violation will result in issuance of tickets
