Comments

Since the number of residence is below their minimum serving, they are transporting food from other approved facility. The food safety plan is submitted and it is accepted. Copy is in our file.
High temperature dishwasher reached 85C at the final rinse and daily temperatures are recorded.
Please endure that the garbage bins are enclosed as we discussed in our initial inspection.
