Follow up inspection: Code 209 was corrected: -Pre-packaged canola oil was moved to a designated area of the dry storage room. -Extra containers not required for business use were removed from the premises. Room with the mop sink and hot water tank did not contain any storage bins/containers. -3-compartment sink was setup properly. Pots and pans requiring manual ware-washing were stored on the left drain-board and off the floor. A clean utility cart was available near the left drainboard in case it is required to store used pots and pans/preparation utensils until they are manually washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
