Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B77UM9. - 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) detected in containers with wiping cloths and from dispensing unit located in dishwashing area - Raw and ready-to-eat foods are properly organized - Scoops with purpose-built handles are now in use for dry storage ingredients. Scoops stored with handles outside of food product. - Cleaning supplies and food products are stored on separate shelves in dry storage area (cleaning supplies stored on bottom two shelves)
