-mouse droppings observed in the following areas:
1. Dry Storage room on the floors, on the shelves, on top of bulk food container lids
2. Next to chopping block and electrical panel room next to dry storage room -droppings in the corner next to sink
3. Outside employee washrooms in hallway behind cleaning chemicals
4. On shelves where dishes are stored

Observed placement of sticky traps amongst food preparation tables
Corrective Action(s): Operator is to close restaurant immediately to address the infestation.
Operator will have Orkin Pest Control come in for an update on the pests -work report
All foods in dry storage room are to be examined for contamination -any signs of contamination -the foods are to be discarded
Any lightly packaged foods (soft plastic, paper) are to be stored in rodent proof containers
All canned goods, hard plastic containers are to be wiped down with dilute bleach solution
All areas where droppings are observed are to be cleaned and sanitized with dilute bleach solution: 1:10
