-smaller bucket for the sprouts in use at room temperature -timer is also used for 2 hours -paper towels and soap available at all handsinks -bleach sanitizer >100ppm concentration for front area -Operator has hired Westside Pest Control to set traps and monitor for 6 months -sticky traps observed onsite -ensure to follow their directions -Droppings have been cleaned in the areas observed last week
