A follow up inspection was performed for follow up inspection MKIM-D3DSM7 and the following observations were made: - Castella hot holding Food Safety Plan approved. No hot holding done at the time of inspection - Objects not approved to be used in current facility still not removed - Pearls require 2 hour time stamp to note when it must be discarded.
