Follow up inspection: -Prep. cooler was at 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less (measured at 2.6 to 2.8 degrees C). -Food ingredients checked in the upper inserts were at 4 degrees C or less internal temperature. Food ingredients were observed to also be held on ice in the prep. cooler. -Kitchen Manager informed the technician had re-serviced the prep. cooler with gas, and they are monitoring refrigeration temperatures every 2 hours. -Shatter-resistant light cover was in place over the light bulb in the walk-in-cooler.
