Routine Inspection conducted:
Walk in cooler: 3.9 deg C
Ice cream freezer at -19 deg C
Dairy cooler was initially at 6 deg C, but by end of inspection, achieved 3.3 deg C
Ensure that on your temperature log, you are taking the proper temperature reading for this cooler. It was observed that there were 3 coolers in the store (2 of which only have non potentially hazardous drinks). but there was only one reading for all 3 coolers. Spoke to manager on site about properly identifying the temperature being taken for each cooler.
Liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water available at handsinks
Bleach surface sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine residual
General sanitation excellent
No signs of pests during inspection
