Bleach sanitizer (100 ppm) was present in labeled spray bottles for sanitizing counters and food contact surfaces
Cooler and freezer temperatures were acceptable:

-Downstairs fridge/freezer 0 C/-11 C

Thermometers were present for monitoring fridge and freezer temperatures
