-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Taco station cooler was at 3C.
-Drive thru upright cooler was at 4C.
-Burger prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer ranged from -13C to -18C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Hot holding cabinet for taco station and chicken stations was greater than 60C. Foods cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Scoop stored in hot water greater than 60C.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until January 20, 2028.
-Prior to renovating the facility, contact the Health Department for approvals.
