Observation: 1. Pink organic buildup noted in the interior of the ice machine.
2. Dried on food soil noted on the blade of the can opener.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas and maintain in a sanitary condition at all time.

Observation: 1. Single-use dixie cups stored within and used as dispensers for bulk food items.
2. > 1130 PPM Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer noted in the sanitizer containers and wall mounted dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Dixie cups were removed. Purchase appropriate dispenser, with handle, for dispensing bulk food. Do not store in a manner where the handle comes in contact with the food.
2. The sanitizer containers were diluted. Correct concentration obtained. Contact the chemical rep to dilute the wall mounted dispenser to the correct concentration as per the manufacturer requirement.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food items were stored in the proper storage hierarchy, protected and off the floor.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 183.0F at the rinse temperature gauge and 72.5C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
