Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potato press was found to have potato debris on the plunger component.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination.

Observation: Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure chemicals are properly labelled to identify their contents to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Relabel containers as needed, when the labels fade or wear off.

Observation: Neither of the staff in the facility at the time of inspection had their FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Upright glass door cooler was at 4C.
-Counter top cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Fish was fried to greater than 74C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing)
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were at 100ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-Raw fish stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
