Inspection report: 259871 Met with a store manager, Tarnveer, and discussed the following: - ensure that general sanitation/cleaning of the food contact surfaces/ public washrooms/ walls / front of the store/ windows - are done more frequently Will require the follow up inspection on Wednesday ( November 2nd ) - food handling practices and public complaint received - daily temperature logs - need to be update - quat used as approved sanitizer/ measured at 200ppm High temp dishwasher reached - 84C
