Improvement in sanitation observed.

Some missed spots observed for cleaning: - shelves in tall white cooler, cabinet under the sushi bar hand sink. Ensure these areas are cleaned immediately.
All other incompliance items from the previous inspection report are corrected.

Operator Foodsafe certificate will expire in November 2021. Ensure to take refresher course before the expiry date.
