Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Open display cooler had ambient air temperature at 6.7'C. Whole vegetables, fruits, pickles, sugar cane juice and aloe juice were being stored at this time. Operator had adjusted the temperature of cooler at this time <4'C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to monitor the temperature of cooler on a regular basis- before/after each operation and every 2 hours during operation. The reading thermometer should be at or blow 4'C/40'F.

-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory, except mentioned above.
-General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
-Back storage/dishwashing sink area satisfactory.
-Handwash station adequately supplied. Bleach available.
-Staff washroom satisfactory.
-No cutting/repackaging of vegetables/fruits occur on site.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted. Report kept on site.
-Bulk pickles offered for sale are from Pachranga Foods. Original cnotainers checked at this time.

NOTE: Operator had agreed to place signs for the bulk bin area, containing the following message. "Please place the scoops in a manner that the handle does not touch the food"
