Large walk-in cooler broke and was removed. New walk-in cooler has been ordered. Cheese is currently stored in a walk-in cooler at neighbouring business (Diana's Market) at 1C.

Bleach available for soaking wiping cloths at 200 ppm *Concentration must be 100 ppm. To mix: use 1/2 teaspoon bleach per 1 L of water. Change solution at least every 2 hours.
