Observation: The cooler that is located underneath the cooking equipment is not working and is turned off. No food is stored inside this cooler.

Comments

-Limit the number of items stored in the hallway, as this is not a designated storage area.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher reached 77 C (minimum 71 C) at the plate level. Check daily.
Temperature records were up to date. Recommend that they be kept on paper instead being written with an eraseable marker.
No food is kept in the storage room, only take-out containers.
The ventilation hood was clean.
No evidence of pests in the kitchen or storage area.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
