Follow-up Inspection Conducted

- Improvement noted since last inspection
- All aisles are open
- New door sweeps have been installed on all doors to prevent rodent entry
- Steel wool has been placed in gaps and holes throughout the premises (e.g. along bottom/sides of coolers)
- Metal plates have been added at the bottom of shelving units throughout the premises to block off any entry points
- Professional Pest Management Company contracted - conducts inspections and reports every 24 hours
- Traps are in place throughout the premises
- Professional Cleaning company will be contracted to remove all droppings under shelving

NOTE: mouse droppings observed in previous two inspections were still not removed and areas were not adequately cleaned and/or sanitized. Please ensure that these areas are free of rodent droppings and maintained in a sanitary condition. The operator stated that shelving was cleaned from bottom to top. It is recommended to clean shelving from top to bottom to better assess any new rodent activity.
