Follow-up inspection for report# KLAI-CMRPZP Cream and milk dispenser cooler (unit by the drive-thru) now noted with an ambient air temperature of 3C. All cold potentially hazardous food in this unit was kept at 4C and below. Wall-mounted QUAT dispenser has been adjusted. 400 PPM QUAT residual detected from the dispenser. Did not observe any dirty dishware stored in the tray of clean dishware rack. No further follow-up required. Report emailed to the Manager.
