Re-opening inspection of the kitchen after extensive renovations.
Premises renovated as per approved plans. All surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized.

* Recommended installing more shelves as required in the kitchen to store dishes/utensils and miscellaneous items.
* Clean and sanitize the dry storage room in the basement if intended for storing dry food items.
* Ensure all chemicals, cleaners and sanitizers are accurately labelled preferably using manufacturer provided labels

Hot and cold running water available at all sinks.
Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan received, currently under review.
Walk-in cooler registered below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in freezer registered -18 degrees C.
Dishwasher final rinse: 80 degrees C at the dish surface.
Thermometers available in the coolers and freezers.
Temperature and sanitizer monitoring logs available.
General sanitation is very good.
