Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Meat slicer found in poor sanitary condition. An effective brush is needed to get hard to reach areas of this machine.
2) 2 sanitizer spray bottles on site had inadequate chemicals for food surface sanitizing. One was filled with soapy water, the other highly concentrated bleach
Corrective Action(s): 1) Meat slicer cleaned at time of inspection. You must get a small brush to assist cleaning this machine. Ensure you SANITIZE after cleaning to kill bacteria
2) Sanitizer spray bottles emptied and refilled with 100ppm chlorine sanitizer (bleach) at time of inspection. Label these bottles. Ensure staff know how to properly dilute. Never mix chemicals!

Back doors remains shut, screen door must be sorted out before the weather warms up
