-Ice beverage machines were less than 4C. -Dairy/Sandwich cooler was at 4C. -Upright freezer was at -15C. -Chest freezer was at -26C. -Iced beverage machine is cleaned and sanitized weekly. Sanitizer is prepared when the machine needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Iced beverage machine is kept on at all times and less than 4C. -Tongs available for bulk candy. -Random selection of foods were found to be within their best before dates. -Foods and non-food items properly separated. -Canned items were in good condition. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
